Each town has its own ancient traditions and the Largo Alighieri residence is the starting point for a journey in the flavor of a food tradition rich in specialties: from the bold, rich main courses such as the “Pasta alla Chitarra” with hodge-podge sauce, or the great cold cuts such as the Ventricina, which received many recognitions from the nation.

Our territory is known in the whole region for its delicious truffles and our guests have the possibility to join their passion for nature and outdoor life with their passion for taste by being a part of excursions organized for the harvest of truffle. Accompanied by a staff of experts, you will explore the mountain paths and the green woods of our area and you will have the chance to harvest delicious fresh truffles! At the end of the day, everything will obviously be completed by a delicious meal based on the harvest of the day. A genuine experience we recommend for everyone.
